Aster & Anne Wholesale Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Aster & Anne, represented by Jennifer Moore. All correspondence can be directed via the Aster & Anne website.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only.

Entrants must be operating a business (e.g. online store, bricks-and-mortar shop, or craft business).

Employees of Aster & Anne or Wonderfil are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Text the keyword "KIT" to the designated competition number at the trade show.

Respond via SMS and provide the following details:

First Name

Email Address

Business Name

Type of Store

Whether they’ve previously ordered from Aster & Anne (Yes/No)

Only fully completed entries will be eligible.

4. Competition Period

Opening Date: Friday 28th November at 8:00 AM

Closing Date: Sunday 30th November at 5:00 PM

Winner Drawn: Monday 1st December at 2:30 PM

5. Prize Details

Main Prize: 50% off your first wholesale order, up to a maximum value of $500 AUD.

For example, if your order totals $1,000 AUD RRP, you only pay $500 AUD.

No minimum spend is required to enter the draw.

Consolation Offers:

Spend $200 AUD to receive a free sample kit (to be confirmed).

Spend $500 AUD to receive a display pack valued at $200 AUD RRP.

Consolation offers are subject to availability and final confirmation.

6. Order Process

Orders must be placed manually after the draw.

Winners will be contacted directly by Jennifer Moore to confirm order and apply the discount.

Minimum wholesale order requirement: 3 units per product style.

Payment must be made in advance before shipment.

7. Delivery

Shipping costs depend on the size of the order.

Prizes are valid for Australian delivery addresses only.

Aster & Anne does not guarantee international shipping as part of this competition.

8. Miscellaneous

Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Entrants agree to be contacted via email and SMS regarding the competition and related offers.

Aster & Anne reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Aster & Anne reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
